Compassionate End-of-Life Support

Death is a natural process of life.  Compassionate Transitions provides support for people with life limiting illnesses as they navigate the end-of-life process.  

My goal is to accompany individuals through this process. I provide a calm, steady presence for both the person who is dying and their loved ones.  I help ease fear and uncertainty by gently explaining what to expect and by holding space for meaningful moments.   My role is to help create as much comfort, dignity and love as possible during this sacred time.  

I welcome the opportunity to help you write your story and transition from this life in a way that is uniquely your own.  It would be my privilege to provide companionship and a supportive presence to you and your loved ones.
