What is a Life & Death Cafe?

A Life & Death Cafe brings people together for open, meaningful conversation about life, death, and everything in between.

There is no agenda, objective, or expected outcome. The conversation is guided by the group and may wander wherever it naturally leads. Life & Death Cafes are not intended to promote products, services, or particular beliefs, but simply to create space for honest conversation and thoughtful listening.

Death informs life. By talking about death, we can gain greater clarity about how we want to live today.
